I feel safe & heard inspite on being woman in a construction industry, Salaries are always on time. Since working hours are already a lot, we are not expected to wait late at night.

Dislikes

There is not much chance to grow and many monopolies exist within the project teams. Often if there is no new project, employees are terminated or sent on 'Loss Of Pay' leaves. It is difficult to become part of a pre-existing team & often you employees who take interest in work are exploited by there reporting managers. There are noopportunities to find a work life balance.
