Training - There is some online training platform which they are using to cross-train the person in case of PHP/PYTHON/RUBY/DATABASE...etc which are not being contolled by the learner. I mean, online learning tutorial should be controlled by the learner with their own time, speed and space. They should provide the licence to the respective learner.
