The leaders foster an excellent culture. Managers behave well. Leads are also good mentors. Excellent knowledge-sharing programs. Work is balanced according to projects. It is not always 9-6 but if you manage well overall you are not overworked.

Dislikes

Very little transparency about increments and often unjust merit increments. No promises are kept when it comes to appraisal. Only good behaviour is what you get.

1. Promotions are like day dreaming now (before merger the company was real good) 2. No work life balance, frequently you may be working over the weekends. Nobody cares even if you're exhausted specifically the higher management. 3. Appraisal is worst. Every year during the appraisal cycle, business fails to meet target, so they declare appraisal will not be that much 4. You have to be availabel or conitnue working even returning from the office. Even till late night. 5. No job security (before the merger this company was good) 6. They won't regret now losing their dedicated employees, who took this organization to that level. They're in a cost cutting mood 7. Before the merger the company was really employee friendly,work-life balance was there 8. No permanent work from home, even for the performant employees. The company was good before it was acquired by straive company. Now, only those who excel in flattery and lack of self-respect can survive.

No Work life balance. Poor Appraisal. No Appreciation for good work. Bad mediclaim policy. Micro management was also started after straive acquired.

Too much of work allocated to very few resources. Even if u work day and night, Saturdays and Sundays it was not going to get over. It was so tiring and creating health issues.
