Fast paced environment, good opportunity to learn and ownership towards tasks. Top management is reachable and supportive in getting tasks accomplished.

Dislikes

No salary hike and bonus this year, High volume of work which impacts the work life balance. Lot of restructuring and did not retain good talents when they were leaving. Organization is not focused on employee benefits and does not look into employee needs.

Outstanding benefits and a great work-life balance. The leadership group genuinely seems to care about their staff. When the firm wants you to work late or from home, you might have to do so, but that is matched by the freedom to work from home when YOU need to; it's a fair deal.
