Higher management needs to improve interaction & HR team should interact & take feedback. Currently, the HR is sitting idle on thier desk and when someone approaches them they just point to company policy which is quite dumb. If someone is asking you something the answer cannot always be "Company Policy". Try to be more humane.

As a fresher you will get opportunity to directly deal with the clients. This will in turn help you to improve on a lot of things like communication knowledge confidence and understanding of the product better.

Here there is a trend ongoing especially going inside the Organisation where the previous employees are not being treated with respect and gratitude for the work they have done. Even when it comes to appraisals as well. The company is willing to hire new employees from other companies and are ready to pay them more but deny the sameto their existing employees. Also there is no personal work life balance at all the director would want you to work endlessly even during the weekends during festivals. There is no scope of any sort of leave as well once you are promoted during the appraisal cycle. Management is very bad. Its a sales driven company not good for hungry engineers. It is used to do things in a certain way on, innovation wise they are open to new things. Plus they don’t respect their loyal employees, management doesn’t know about ground level they only praise who are yes men

I will suggest any new guy, who want's growth shouldn't join LeadSquared, Your efforts will not get recognised. I am 90% sure your decision to join LeadSquared will be one of the worst decisions you took in your life. 1. No work life balance 2. Dictator like Management and HR's 3. No growth 4. Uninformed Layoffs (I have seen good and loyal guys have been laid off without any prior Information and notice period) 5. Forceful resignations are normal there. 6. I have seen people crying while leaving the company because they were laid off despite of good work they have done. I will suggest take their offer and don't join, better ask your current or potential company to match.
