Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

No weekly off. No payment for overtime. 0 as hr management only works for exploit staff and create conspiracy for those staff who want to know what is the reason of wrong practice done by management. Management always wants to reduce labour costs and improve the quality productivity the only way they have to exploit the skills staff. Is this the way to run organisation. There management is not skills full and staff is paying for management because no body wants to lose their job....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
