everything is bad about this company. worst decision to leave my stable job and join LCI. false promises were made by HR, manager and management. bad work environment, inexperienced managers are hired to run operations, you can only get appreciated or promoted only if you are part of the politics set out by your manager. no team communication. worst HR team specially the head. salaries are not paid on time but deducted wihtout any knowledge in the name of KPI's. no incentives, you will be asked to work 7 days and 24hours if you dont you will be fired....Read More

The management is least concerned about people's well-being. They don't consider the problem employees might face under an overbearing and harassing manager. All they care, everytime, is about money. There is not culture, if you want to work for a toxic company, LCI Group (India) would be the best candidate.
