There is job security, inspite of bad performance, but most of the work is monotonous and doesn't require deep thought process.

Very bad appraisal process. Performance bonus is linked to company performance even at entry level. Yearly increment has dipped b/w 1%-5% post 2021. Even top performers won't get more than 5% There is no process for hiring and lots of time and effort is wasted just to initiate the process, and similar time is lost in actual evaluation process. This is purely an analytics organization and HR don't bother about whether your skill set is matching the role you play. Even after the discussion with HR they don't even give a damn. Managers level itself will suffer and they don't even bother and ask about why have you resigned

Work Culture is bad No policy HRs don't bother about employees concern and this is at manager level as well. I am worried about Analyst level Insurance policy is worst and they have tie with bad insurance company. I have not got my claim for any health and everything is rejected
