1. Timely annual increment but very low compared to Market standards. 2. Good security is very high.
1. Annual increment is very low and there is no transperancy in annual performance review. Typically in between 2-5% of CTC. 2. Working Hours for Hazira Site is comparatively higher . I.e. 9 hrs and only alternate Saturday is off. 3. Transportation services (Busses) provided by company is Non-Ac and Mostly dirty (No regular washing). Even the traffic in Hazira during office is very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position. Good portion is covered in QRP which paid quarterly if you are not on notice pay during payment date. 5. Leave police for causal leave is very tricky.
