In name of Bonus or Performance linkages reward (PLR) in once a year they will you peanuts amounts. talking about specifically HE IC.. other IC have handsome PLR.. HE IC is biggest looting IC they do manipulation all the time in name of promotion or increment in salary.

No work satisfaction. L and T taking candidates for clients and they are not disclose any type of information about contract between client and L and T. Contract is for only 6 months after that they are moving to bench. Appraisal they are providing only 0.7-1.2% which is equal to nothing. HR system is very bad they are taking 2-3 months to resolve any queries also they are not responding on any mail, messages, calls....Read More

1. Timely annual increment but very low compared to Market standards. 2. Good security is very high.

1. Annual increment is very low and there is no transperancy in annual performance review. Typically in between 2-5% of CTC. 2. Working Hours for Hazira Site is comparatively higher . I.e. 9 hrs and only alternate Saturday is off. 3. Transportation services (Busses) provided by company is Non-Ac and Mostly dirty (No regular washing). Even the traffic in Hazira during office is very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position. Good portion is covered in QRP which paid quarterly if you are not on notice pay during payment date. 5. Leave police for causal leave is very tricky. Ask any site people before joining. Confirm your take home salary by written from HR. Every year your take home salary got decreased. Rude Managers. No work life balance. 14 hours job. Don't know how it is a greate place to work. Not employee friendly company Employee retention rate is very low.
