manager is like huminites less people. for my situation- when I joined in L & T in covid(WFH). Working in client project from WFH(completed ). Next moved to bench (WFH) because I am not received any mail like (coming to office) later 30 days I received the mail so started to coming RGA office but previous month salary is deducted because of attendance issues so I said I am not received any confirmation mail from your side but later 30 days I received the mail (started to office ) and also I ask apologies (without no mistake). after I started to arguments with manager later they put to pip and I lost my job now I am suffering to care my older parents and they have lots of health issues (heart issues). my request this will not happen to all other employees please think it in positive way. thank you lots ....Read More

Ask any site people before joining. Confirm your take home salary by written from HR. Every year your take home salary got decreased. Rude Managers. No work life balance. 14 hours job. Don't know how it is a greate place to work. Not employee friendly company Employee retention rate is very low.

I am working here from october 2020.Recently i am engaging into 76mtr Bolted Bow String girder(QA/QC Activities of Fabrication & Erection, Execution) kalyani Bansberia. I have successfully handled the project documentation for mechanical part and also successfully completed different projects under the guidance of Senior Quality Manager.

Dislikes

Even after dedication of job completion of last two projects with tremendous effort in quality, safety and invoice of the project. Till now there is no confirmation from departmental staff to permanent employee.
