Likes

Teammates and the team leads are great, helpful and joyous. Job security is good. Even though you are on bench for 3 months, you won't be fired Work environment and work life balance is great. Also, got many projects to work upon and luckily learnt newer technologies.

Poor appraisals and hikes. Onsite opportunities not given to desefved employees.
