To much Working hours, MNC company but working on Saturday it's biggest disaster, They are following cadre system it's look like jativadi in MNC company, No flexibility in punching system, everything we have to pay like health insurance, both PF and term plan.

My rating distribution says it all. I analysed all things for 6 months and then concluded this. Can't give more ratings than this.

In recent years company management has given way for lot of cheap politics where actual hard working talents go unnoticed if they are not a puppet to their superiors. Means even if u work harder all the efforts goes in vain at the time of appraisal. The superior decides it according to his own personal wish.

Likes

Appraisal system is worst Bell curve system. If your rating is High you will get benefits. If vital , you continue in same increasing is very difficult. So your salary also comparatively very low.

Dislikes

Appraisal system, Once you got vital, even if proved your results also getting good appraisal very difficult, so you will not get good salary. Huge difference.

I have working nearly 2 years in L&T Factories and buildings I'm honestly like with L&T work culture and , they are giving additional training programs, good salary, accommodation, job security etc...

Your role will be assigned by management even though your education related to it. (This things won't be said in interview). 5. Long working hours without pay and food.

You get to learn a lot about the core engineering concepts. You also get to contribute in big projects like manufacturing of reactors, nuclear power plants and big construction projects.

Some top TFL Staff member not support to l&t staff and taken bribe from client this type of incidents happened with me.we have given all clarification and have been found self neat & clean even some TFL Staff member has try to dismissed / terminate me from organization on putting wrong statement behalf me in our HQ it has been totally wrong with me.

No work satisfaction. L and T taking candidates for clients and they are not disclose any type of information about contract between client and L and T. Contract is for only 6 months after that they are moving to bench. Appraisal they are providing only 0.7-1.2% which is equal to nothing. HR system is very bad they are taking 2-3 months to resolve any queries also they are not responding on any mail, messages, calls....Read More

1. Annual increment is very low and there is no transperancy in annual performance review. Typically in between 2-5% of CTC. 2. Working Hours for Hazira Site is comparatively higher . I.e. 9 hrs and only alternate Saturday is off. 3. Transportation services (Busses) provided by company is Non-Ac and Mostly dirty (No regular washing). Even the traffic in Hazira during office is very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position. Good portion is covered in QRP which paid quarterly if you are not on notice pay during payment date. 5. Leave police for causal leave is very tricky. Cannot take more than 4 days off from office even holiday or weekly off comes in between....Read More
