I think everything is fine during covid-19.company policies are good and good environment, company always support to our every staff and Worker's too in this pandemic situation and given training to all and our company (L&T) always help & support to our Workmen and security guards during covid-19.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management is not good some project otherwise some project well management in Larsen and toubro limited company.salary is decent but growth is slow for Third party staff.
