It was great experience of 10 month in L&T,Ahmednagar.Family Time type atmosphere while working while having meal, outgoing and some extra activities.Staff is very Cooperative, Factory head officer and other senior officer are very nice.I hope to work with you in near future.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.No Future Chance Regarding Permanent job for Employee added through Contract..
