Secured work enviornemnt and support from your immediate supervisor or manager.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

7 am to 9 pm, makes life hell for family personnels. Even after reaching home, leave childrens growth, you cant manage husband wife relations can't be maintained due to extreme exhaust. Looks like living to work, and not, working for living.
