Job Security: Those who are really interested in job have a definite job security. Work culture: Well framed work culture to give better productivity maintaining safety & quality. Teammates are the culture, the superior develops. Training is very good and improve the staff standards. Job security is good as long as working good. Career growth is always there and well established. Timely salary without any delay. Delayed appraisal or unaccounted appraisal happening.
