Dislikes

Some seniors are really not supportive at all and they look for their self benefit only. Not giving much opportunies to learn different tasks and activities required in this field. Site job is hectic, they take 12 hr job everyday except sunday. On Sunday too we have to do work till 1 pm.

I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?

I worked with LnT-Chiyoda. Great place to work with tremendous engineering learning opportunities. Very good company culture with good teams. Work life balance is pretty good and involves less of travel. But LnT is bad pay master.
