I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?

You r working 3rd party payroll that’s bigger disadvantage. Every one difference between on roll or off roll. Give responsibility, opportunity and work environment not good for 3rd party people. Better way u gain knowledge and leave to others company pay roll.
