L&T is brand name and for work experience only

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible, no job security, politics in this company is very high which helpless employee to leave a brand name, work environment is very poor, less career growth, working at late night and even on Sunday, employee care in this company is very terrible.

Work Details

I have worked as boring person as no work environment in the company. For other division it May be different but in water division it is not easy to work here.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
