HR and manager are not responding on our mail, team chat, calls 3-4 months. There is no hike every queries are only extending not resolving. They are not hire for L and T itself they provide us at client location and this information they are disclosed till 6 months contract fullfill after that they are moving to bench. Travelling allowance should be applicable for every employee as per L and T policy but they are not given just saying anything and extending that discussion day by day.
