Everything, no work-life balance, You will be abused like a laborer. You will be cussed upon. They will ask you to work for 14-15 hrs a day. And still shout and hush you away like a stray dog. If you absolutely want to get humiliated and broken and feel deeply regretted, do join the company. Other wise horrible place to work for.

It's a great experience to work in a giant company . I learned various skills like Vendor management, GST Invoice, Bank and Cash voucher , pf reconciliation and many more over all its a good experience.

Terrible Work-Life Balance. Being placed at the site is very stressful and exhaustive. You have no time for yourself. Its very hectic mainly because the working hours are way too much even if the person is sitting idle as working in such a remote location where you cannot find any vehicle from outside forces you to depend on the company's "Free transport" which will only move when its full at around 8 pm. The company has provided accommodation for some bachelors at the site only where it is very difficult to live. There are a lot of other things as list goes on....Read More

Working with l&t as a gct is utterly waste of time of your precious carrier. It would be good if you start your carrer as get. Gct are treated very badly and your cadre will also be lowest i.e S1 (Supervisor). After S1 comes S2 then O1 i.e. Officer.

Dislikes

L& T doesn't gives you proper chance to grow in company. Only GET are given proper training and lucrative salary.Even you are giving 100% you might end up getting worst rating by your reporting authority.
