As I started as fresher my experience was quite good the upper level manager really supported me to learn and understand about the working culture, and my designation was a collection officer in Micro loans.

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

Poor management system, poor working culture and timings unnecessary early morning meeting based on the egoistic mood of team leader, dirty politics like back bitings among the colleagues which affect the work culture and also has to work on Sunday zero days off and one has to get into an argument with manager for emergency leave.
