Some managers wants to run the show as per their requirements which top management also agrees. Even after being a construction company where site people has to face a lot of issues, management took much time for resolution of problems.

If you are from Accounts, even though you don't have petty cash at site, you are not expected to say 'NO' but otherwise and spend from your pocket to claim it back.
