appraisal system is not upto the mark. work life balance is not good working time is 12 to 16 hrs.

For civil engineer it is the right company if they want to be truly civil engineer by spending all his life time in learning and growing. One thing will be for sure. Work life balance will be horrible in many of the departments. The management and HR policies are not employee friendly when compared to other giants.
