Those who work hard, complete their goals and objectives, will not be rewarded suitably. They will not get promotions. HR's annual appraisal policy is very worst. I never seen such an worst appraisal methodology in any other companies. Person who are are EX - Navy, Army, Air Force will be given first preference in all aspects.
