Nothing much to like about this Kolkata branch. Management is not at all employee friendly. Less manpower and huge work pressure. HR policies are more to serve higher ups than employees.

Larsen & Toubro is Indian very respectfull company, in terms of training, teammates, career growth and work life balance are excellent. Other end job security, salary/ appraisal travel policy are depends on market conditions.
