Likes

The company is among one of the fastest growing construction company in the world and known as construction giant in india with top place. Quality and safety are the first preference for all at working place. I enjoyed working with L&T and also gained huge knowledge form this MNC.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Work and personal life balance at this company is a quite though thing but some people are managing it with ease. However talent and handwork of a non technical person is properly not identified by the management.
