Rating and promotion system, there is always fevorite to the managers got early and get good rating, no one is evaluating the rating based on actual who is working. Most of sundays and on holidays (only 8 holiday on whole year) site continues to run and bottom level employees forced to come, leave also not get approved by managers as and when required. Duty timing is 12 hours and even if works balance at site then we have to stay, overall duty with transportation to site and room takes 14 to 15 hours, only go to room to have food and sleep then awake then go to site, same repeats everyday no personal life to maintain No hr and others takes responsibility to junior staff if you do complaint then you will be marked...Read More

In name of Bonus or Performance linkages reward (PLR) in once a year they will you peanuts amounts. talking about specifically HE IC.. other IC have handsome PLR.. HE IC is biggest looting IC they do manipulation all the time in name of promotion or increment in salary.
