good experience, but the OOH concept in high rise building & advertisement does not succeed in our cities, it collapsed, so no job secure, salary is very low but overall as learning & skill development, company culture etc. company was good

Dislikes

the concept was not accept by Indian people, local retailers & advertisers does take interest so career growth was very low

Work Details

i have the responsibility to place the screens in residential high rise buildings on rental basis & get local Advertisement from nearby shops & offices. my working area was gurgaon, but local advertisers does not take any interest in the concept.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
