Nothing likes is there just showoff if you're onroll employee to landmark then only you can able to like this company. 1) some managers are good.

1) They don't treat you like human if you are working as contract employee. 2) Demanding to work 6 days. 3)Not providing festival leaves for contract employees. 4)Not providing work from home even you're needed. 5) Managers demand more working hours than alloted. 6) They don't even provide you laptop for contact employee just provide old desktop. 7)for contract employee they don't even provide Ac for Saturday Sunday u need work in suffocating....Read More

Good Infrastructure. Salary on time. Yearly picnic and sports activities.

Dislikes

HR department is ineffective. No action is being taken on grievances. Poor work life balance at store level. Store back office and canteen hygiene is not maintained. All the policies were maintained on a piece of paper not effective at ground level. Need to provide support from store Start of the day to End of the day.
