This is not a good place for ambitious people. ONLY people who have mistakenly joined or did not have any option or were not aware of their continous layoffs have joined the organisation since 2020. Please please dont be flattened by their office location as thats the ONLY thing they have got to show as their image and truth is already known in the market. The company has been on constant mode of layoffs, they do not have any interest or vision of employees growth and thats because the HR HEAD is mainly focused in doing her certification and conferences and enhance her or her bootlickers portfolio on company’s money. She has got attitude that there is no need of any learning programs for employees on company’s money. When you go to her for anything, either she backfires you or make sure to spread it fully in the company. The layoff that happened since 2020 are 100% through her approval, for organizations where layoff are continuously happeneing, there the HR people are also layed of but here nothing like this is happening because the HR HEAD thinks she is GOD herself. GOD waits for certain time and when your bad deeds have over flown, the same GOD will make you a slave one day. They have never thought of what replication her actions will have on the emotions of others, rather she has played games to emerge as a ruler and played with the heart and emotions of many many. If the company was soo unstable to lay off soo many people in one go, was it also feasible to remove one senior person taking salary of atleast 4-5 people.. The world is a complete circle, and now the bad they did will start coming back to them. For the people whose career you have destroyed, their emotions have already started reaching your poor soul. For you cannot take GOD in your hand. Worst experience anybody can ever get from an HR-Talent Acquisition Head. I shared a resume for a referral, and after a week just thought to know any update or status. I cannot imagine what happened, I just requested her to share any inputs. She just bombarded me like anything, I have got 14 years of experience and have shared referrals profiles in last organisation HRs as well but to my amaze what happened. She was soo authoritative as if she is the owner and investor of the company. Started saying what do you think of me, do you think u give us cv and we process and select, it it up to us what we do or not do and what not.. It was a HR profile CV. I even raised this to my manager and he said that this lady is like this only and they are also experiencing similar thing witb her. They asked me not to reach out to her in future as they have alrrady raised complaint of her in townhalls what more. They all also started sharing their earlier experiences and we came to the conclusion that whatever it may be but she cannot bring her family stress to work and shout or misbehave with us . We were not even her team members. I am happy that I have left that place, if HRs are like this what will happen to employees....Read More

Upper Management of this company has a habit of bulk firing globally without any slow down in their profit margin. First they did it in 2020 and then in 2023. And India and America location are burst affected. This i came to know after i join this company. Very open and no judgement culture... perfect example of work life balance people are so helpful no hierarchy followed , you need not to reach your manager if you are not comfortable , you can even directly talk to CEO. They give to this flexibility. Good for fresher as company pay really high salary to them but try to avoid CI/CD team there is no growth in terms of knowledge.

Dislikes

Worked shamelessly for CI/CD team and at the end found the egoistic behaviour and unprofessionalism from senior member of team. There is no hope for growth until you are obedient to managers. Skills and work will not be appropriated.
