They will not get incentives, hikes for UK/ EU region recruiters. After new director joined everythign has been stopped and simply making frustrated. They dont know what is recruitment at all. Worst HR team Please dont choose this especially UK/ EU division. Worst management I have never seen

Nothing to like about the company! The company has no rules and regulations. One ATS and 1000 recruiters fighting with each other. There is no understanding between the team members as well. Staffing agency but a proper call center. You need to reach out to unreachable people who don't even pick up the call. The hiring team hires anyone who knows English and that's it. Call the US candidates Spam them and then advertise your agency as some certified company! Neither there is a proper management nor there is any understanding. They just sign you for 3 months contract type and then will suddenly dump you no matter how much hard work you put in. To be really honest freshers who have financial commitments please don't join this company and I say it with my heart out. Ask any fresher who has worked in Lancesoft. It's just a lottery system that will decide your career and to all the MBA students don't assume this as a HR job and join it with a hope that you gonna work in corporate in US shift which will give you exposure. This same experience will hamper your experience while you are applying for any relevant HR position. I wish all the freshers who backed out from Lancesoft a very good career choice and the ones who joined it you still have time leave it otherwise your life will only remain in that call center. I like in lancesoft as a work from home and they can take many projects so we can also worked in different projects to learn new works

Dislikes of lancesoft are mostly hikes and promotions for employees because many employees were more than 1.5 years and they are waiting for promotions if these two things will happen properly the employees will feel free to work in coming days

I got nothing to work, because there were no projects for 1.6 years. They didn't even trained us.

Everything, if they have no projects, why did they made us sit idol for 1.6 years, atleast why did they not trained us, it was as if they were experimenting on us, like how long we will stay idol, by not working and just taking salaries.

This company is one of the illiterate managers who have been kicked out from other organisations. Many have joined and left in less then 2 months. This place is well known for TOXICITY. Absolutely nothing to like about this company. Awful company culture, absolutely no HR policies because the Noida HR Adeel is a pet dog to the management. The noida admin Ram Dayal has no knowledge about administration, he is just trying to get his money share from different channels like food and cab vendors.
