1- Employee 2- Fake promises 3- Wrong statement 4- zero vision I had an interview, the client selected me. One day I got call from Lance soft team that I have selected and client wants me to go for a discussion that to be face to face. My place is 1800 km away from Bangalore. They made 1000% fake promises that I have already been selected and only discussion will happen. They call me in the morning and forced me to go by evening on the same day. Even they have not send me any invitation, I waited at the clients office more than 1 hour to get the entry. And its been more than a week they are not picking up my call. If you are a fresher it's a good place to start and learn as they give fair opportunity to everyone. You can learn alot about US recruitment here.

The culture is not good. They put alot of pressure at times and there is no job security. If your performance go down they will fire you irrespective of your previous achievements .Also leave policy is very strict. Regular overtime and working weekends sometimes.

They will not get incentives, hikes for UK/ EU region recruiters. After new director joined everythign has been stopped and simply making frustrated. They dont know what is recruitment at all. Worst HR team Please dont choose this especially UK/ EU division. Worst management I have never seen

I was hired as a Associate recruiter in the team to semiconductor under lead Dinesh Tiwari. He is a Narcassist, don't know how to behave with girls, he will daily shout on you, humiliate you, even he can destory your mental health. I willl never recommend anybody to work in his team, nor in vineet sharma's semiconductor team. They always torcher young minds and never motivate you.
