In the start the working experience at LanceSoft was very fun and even the work culture was very enjoyable.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

With time things got changed drastically. job responsibilities got increased but no increment in Salary for 2 years. They changed my department without notifying me. They are paying more to those who are constantly making mistakes but not to those who are actually handling everything pretty much fine. The worst work culture I have ever experienced thus far.

Lancesoft Inc provide fresher to grow and develop for future career opportunity for freshers is best but appraisal they just say we give there is no growth and they don't give appraisal politics and nepotism is there. after choosing this company must go through all terms and condition.
