It was a great organisation prior 2014 started it's decline when the priority of profit generation changed to retention of highest remuneration of ineffective and useless top management and managers

Disparity and discrimination no job security... Useless HR department, they just listen to incompetent dept. Managers,HR has no stand alone capability in analyzing the proper functioning of various departments. it deteriorate many crusual functions in an organisation Dirty politics, toxic managers, company is manager centric (facilities and growth only for managers), Class and racists discrimination, nepotism, lack of career development and no window to progress in career. Nepotism and favouritism result in promoting incompetent people to key decisions making roles , managers are given top of the class salary, after this their only interest is to protect their job , not the company progress so many useless favourite and nepotistic people are retained and resourceful working class will be terminated during headcount......Read More
