I have been worked under the TL, who used to request juniors to drft emails on behalf of him. These are Likes -become TL without skills / experience -Can sleep in office if you are TLs.

Zero human life value. You have done masters in pharmacy, have more than a decade of experience, working hard, achieving KRA's and timelines, all these things doesn't matter, anyone from HR or Admin team can scold you at anytime for no reasons.
