Nothing to dislike about Lambda, but there is always a scope of improvement, With full support of senior management, Lambda is always open to make employee friendly changes in their policies. Regular evolution would be the need of the day and it will help Lambda to reach much higher than today.
Work Details
Being a senior staff, I am more involved in the project management, staffing and other daily routines. Good environment helping us to be a bridge between sr. management and staff working with us. It creates Lambda as a great CRO to work with.
