Horrible politics. Managers decides everything like whom to project up and whom to bring it down even though if you out performed, you will be getting nothing. It doesn't matter how you perform, it depends on manager. Basically mangers brings their friends into team and try to grow them even if they are worst performer but all others who really works hard and handle complex projects they will get nothing and no growth at all. Dirty politics is in peak, I don't know how Lam will control this. This is really gonna be big problem for company and finally Lam will be loosing good engineers. Lam has to carefully control mangers politics and dictatorship but I Don't think Lam has that capability to control these things and bring healthy work environment....Read More

The opportunity to work on multiple domains and problem statements on some cutting edge technology exists. In general, peers are friendly and supportive but this is getting ruined fast.

You can be the very best technically putting in tremendous efforts but someone who just speaks and has cordial relationships with boss will be favoured. Lam Research is really good company but Indian management is quite biased for certain sets of people. It might be perfect for those people/employe who(x) has referred the candidate (Y) to Lam And after that referred candidate(Y) becomes manager of “X”. Then the growth of “X” candidate will be exponential. Why it “X” candidate will be exponential growths read the above statement twice.

It's only good for new College graduates, New campus, new lab setup, good place for new GET to get train up doing some trail and error and switch immediately to other companies
