Not a very good company in job security. Layoff was announced in May 2023 and seems the company has done layoff previously also... Job security is not at all good. I should say this because Lam is not a very good company in terms of job security, They dont think much instead they could have saved money in infrastructure cost cutting but they laid off 1300 employees in March 2023.
