There is a lot of politics and the union of the workers forced to management ever. Salary is ok but career growth is too slow.

Lockdown m bhi employees ko ek paisa bhi nahi mila. No salary given from last 2 years Cmd and other directors are not interested to work for lps company and their employees

Inse gatiya cmd and directors ,we never get in this world. They are not thinking about their employees and their families. No salary given to employees since last 2 years. Now you guess about them.

No salary from last 2 years . Than you think how's life. Sabka 8-10 lakh rupaye pending h management ke pass. Cmd and directors are enjoying but not thinking about employees and their families.

Now a day company is not in good 1condition because of their owners. company had lots of orders but no raw material for running plant last six months salary panding of their employees. Company is really good but what's going on no one knows.

It's a great experience to work with daily challenges .Achieving the Production Goal as per PPIC , Planning , Scheduling & Implementation.Set up time reduction, In-house & rework reduction.Developing new ways of manufacturing, improving.

It was my first job in auch a big company. LPS plant 2 was the good place to work in Rohtak city only. Salary and culture was goos initially.

Dislikes

There was only a single command which was CMD. There was no control of boss on his subordinates. No control on salary hike or promotion. Each and similar level of employees were getting same increments and there was no system of performance appraisals.

I was in business development and there was no time to leave but time to punching was fixed. You can't think about your work life balance. It was totally a Lala company. Thats it. Company was providing uniform, subsidized lunch only nothing else.
