The team mates were just very lovely and magnificent, regarding training it is just Live books of patients with an extreme variety of cases with every complications almost and then their management. Work environment is a bit tense because of hectic emergency duties 24/7 with massive load of Gun shot wounds, Motor crashes accidents, stabs and lots of minor cases like appendectomies and laparotomies for acute abdomen. i was resident surgeon where i enjoyed learning the field of surgery very practically by doing trauma duties, OPDs, emergency surgery and assistance in long elective OT lists and then Grand rounds and training junior residents

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
