Not even one thing i like about company, no increments, no job security, 8¹/²hrs working without break , at starting they will say after 6months we will hike your salary but later, if we ask they will give reasons like if you do wfh then will say no hike for wfh ,if your in company theh will ask confirmed orders etc . I suggest for those who thinking to work here, please take a time and seek good job, dont think about salary, once your skills improves automatically position and salary get increased.

Nothing. All the good reviews seen in all the job portals were given by the employees because the company forced them to do so. It was not given willingly.

Dislikes

The management is horrible. You are not going to develop any skills. There is micromanaging, gaslighting. No growth, no job security. And everything about this company is fake. You can also see discrimination based on religions.
