I would not say dislikes but yes Area of Improvements. Infrastructure Not having library or setup for small research & development. Need to improve overall benefits parts as well as the gifts are being provided in different forum need to relook in terms with current trend.

Training program for new as well as lateral employee is very good. Particular dedicated system for document control. Nuclear Department: Monthly birthday celebration, project milestone celebration, Good expectations from new people.

Working culture needs major improvement basically it depends upon your supervisor. NO leaves during probation period (6 months).

Frequent movement to site from HO base to where projects are being executed. Resource is not dedicated to projects, resource is transferred frequently as per priority of projects. Lack of EPC expertise personnel to execute the job.
