1- they have not given bonus in past 3 years 2- maximum increment you can expect is 8% minimum 4% 3- no office for site staff, not even a good place to sit and have lunch. 4- alternative Saturday is holiday but site manager or GMs DGM will ask all the engineers to come and work 5- timing of office is from 8 am to 6 pm, which will extend up to 11 pm usually. 6- coming late by after 8.10 am is considered half day leave. 7- annual leave can not be encashed while leaving the company 8- you cannot take pending annual leave while serving notice period 9- medical insurance is very week. 10- no basic facilities to site engineers like, food, water, system, cabs, mail id's, most of them are using personal ID. 11- have to travel across the site but HOD won't approve travel allowance....Read More

My career is gone worst. I made a wrong decision i should not join here. My suggestion is don't join L&W. You should not learn anything here. Most of the senior guys don't know the work. Especially Vignaraj. he don't know the work he don't have practical and general knowledge in work. He is like kind of psyco.
