Managers are selfish, not supporting to do work. Working time normally 12hrs but, my working time 16 to 19 hrs. Appraisal form done but still not get any hike. Compared to work salary too low. Junior can't learn

1- they have not given bonus in past 3 years 2- maximum increment you can expect is 8% minimum 4% 3- no office for site staff, not even a good place to sit and have lunch. 4- alternative Saturday is holiday but site manager or GMs DGM will ask all the engineers to come and work 5- timing of office is from 8 am to 6 pm, which will extend up to 11 pm usually. 6- coming late by after 8.10 am is considered half day leave. 7- annual leave can not be encashed while leaving the company 8- you cannot take pending annual leave while serving notice period 9- medical insurance is very week. 10- no basic facilities to site engineers like, food, water, system, cabs, mail id's, most of them are using personal ID. 11- have to travel across the site but HOD won't approve travel allowance....Read More
