L&T Power & Transmission actively encourage and propagate the idea of employee appreciation and engagement. Personally, my favorite aspect is the open communication we have between all employees and the management over the time.

Dislikes

Being adaptive and growth oriented in nature, I rarely find any reason to dislike about my company. still if i have to pick, i would say over working. It shouldn't become the expectation from the employees to work while they are on vacations resulting a difficulty in balancing our work & socio life.
