Good work environment and culture. Management is supportive. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and transparent. Salary structure and employee benifits are good. Mediclaim policy is provided to all employees. Company provides financial assistance to employees for further studies. Job training and soft skill training given to employees on regular basis.
