Job security - Good

Dislikes

The work life balance is non-existent and during work from home situation it has become 16-18 hours everyday, even weekends for months together without any compensation or benefits.

How to handle notice period and repay relocation allowance & joining Bonus agreement

I am joined my current organization on 13 May 2024 now i get a offer from another company and they want i join before 20th Apr 2025(90 days' notice period). But if i leave current company before 1 year i need to repay all relocation allowance and joining Bonus. How i Tackle this situation ? any one who face same situation can help me
