If you are looking for Work life balance join without a thought bt if your aim is money then i will not recommend as the pay package is decent. Growth is flat, promotion is after every 3 years and increment is between 5to8% hence choice is yours

Here employee benefits are good apart from the CTC. Time to time conducting seminar for the employee, innovation of paperless process so it will reduce the no of files in your desk

Design of the system is not proper, lack in the design review and lots of part are missing in the design. Should given every Saturday holiday.
